Microgreens are young, edible seedlings that are harvested at an early stage of growth, usually between 7-14 days. They consist of a stem, cotyledonary leaf or leaves, and two juvenile true leaves. They are treasured for their densely packed nutrients, concentrated flavors, immaculate and tender texture as well as for their vibrant colors.
Add them to your soup, salad, sandwich or as a garnish to any meal!
Our Story
Simply Rooted Microgreens is a small, suburban, family-run farm located in Fairfield, Ohio. We are passionate about providing our community with the healthiest and freshest microgreens. Our microgreens are soil-grown using non-GMO seeds to maximize nutrition and flavor.
We believe in the power of food to nourish and enhance well-being, which is why our focus remains on delivering quality products that enrich the body. We want to help improve your healthspan, not just your lifespan.

Weathertree Farm and Market
Come pick up your Microgreens at a fantastic farm market. Weathertree Market is open Fridays from 3:00-6:00pm, Saturdays from 9:00am -3:00pm and self-serve from dawn to dusk. You will find great, local items including fresh bread, soaps, jams and much more. Come check it out and buy local!
